About Tralee Bay Swimming Club
We Love Open Water Swimming!
Tralee Bay Swimming Club is an open water swimming club based in the beautiful seaside village of Fenit, 10km outside Tralee, the capital town of County Kerry. The main objective of the club is to promote, encourage and facilitate sea swimming and social activities for members in a safe, friendly, and inclusive environment. The club has a long and illustrious history dating back to its founding year in 1952.
New TO OPEN WATER SWIMMING
New to open water swimming? Don't worry, Tralee Swimming Swimming Club Club can help you get started. To be a full swimming member you need to be able to swim 500m in open water but if you aren't at that level (yet!) there are a number of open water swimming coaches listed below that offer classes in Fenit. And, of course, we're always happy to answer any questions you may have so don't hesitate to get in touch. We'll help you take your first steps into the wonderful world of open water swimming. And who knows, you might just end up loving it as much as we do!
